& Partners Drawing and Design Development Office is led by an
experienced designer with extensive and varied experience of all
aspects of development and planning work. Our Building Department can
offer a range of architectural, surveying and management services.
Our expertise covers: domestic, industrial, agricultural, leisure areas and involves:
- The completion of measured surveys
- Preparation of scheme & working drawings
- Obtaining statutory approvals
- Obtaining tenders
- Contract administration and supervision
We
deal with all aspects of planning and building regulation approval,
together with other statutory requirementson behalf of clients.
We obtain tenders for building projects and manage contracts on site.
In conjunction with Management Services our team carries out planned and general maintenance for a number of retained clients.
We
are also able to prepare farm and estate maps, based on Ordnance Survey
data, including surveying and plotting of new field boundaries,
woodlands and other features. In all aspects of our work we employ up
to date technology, including computer aided design (CAD).
Bureau Services - Accounts and Payroll
Sale
& Partners client services extend to our accounts department, which
runs a fully computerised service backed by knowledgeable and
experienced staff, offering a complete solution to farm and estate
accounts.
We offer full payroll
and book-keeping services as well as carrying out VAT returns, etc. In
addition, we are able to offer advice on all taxation matters including
long-term tax planning and valuation negotiations with the Inland
Revenue.
With full reporting facilities and complemented by our
land agent service, this enables Sale & Partners to provide a total
solution to your management needs.
